1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 288gam platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 288gam. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all areas of the 288gam platform including sports betting, casino games, slots, fish games, the VIP programme, bonus offers, account management, deposits and withdrawals. Using any section of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms in their entirety.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 288gam, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must not be excluded, self-excluded or otherwise restricted from online gaming platforms under any self-exclusion commitment you have previously made.

288gam reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your membership. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or documentation confirming the ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

3 Account Responsibilities

Your 288gam account is for your sole personal use. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials, including any bets placed, games played, deposits made and withdrawals requested. This responsibility applies whether or not you authorised the activity in question.

• You must keep your password confidential and not share it with any other person.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, including family members.
• You should log out of your account when using a shared device.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact 288gam support immediately.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information — including your mobile number and email address — remains current in your account profile.

288gam is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted via your account before you notify us of a security issue will be treated as authorised activity.

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy review. 288gam will attempt to contact you using the details on file before any action is taken on a dormant account. Any remaining balance in a dormant account is protected during this process.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 288gam are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — instant bank transfer via Pakistan's national payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfers
• Debit and Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard where supported
• Mobile Wallets — additional supported wallets as listed in the platform at any given time

All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your own name may be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. PKR withdrawals are sent directly to your JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account without currency conversion. Processing times vary by payment method — mobile wallet withdrawals typically process faster than bank transfers. VIP members at qualifying tiers receive priority withdrawal processing as a tier benefit.

288gam reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. You may be asked to confirm the ownership of your payment method during this process.

5 Sports Betting Rules

The 288gam sportsbook covers cricket, football, esports and other sports with pre-match and live in-play markets. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply to that bet. Live in-play odds update continuously and the odds at the moment of confirmation are binding.
• Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL and domestic cricket, or FIFA for international football.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or not completed within the stated settlement period, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are detailed in the sportsbook help section.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per market and may vary by sport, competition and bet type.
• 288gam reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

288gam monitors betting patterns for evidence of match fixing, insider trading or any other form of corruption. Any account found to be involved in suspicious betting activity will be suspended immediately and the matter may be reported to the relevant sport's governing body.

6 Casino & Slot Games

The 288gam casino section includes live dealer games, table games, slots, fish games and other RNG (Random Number Generator) titles. The following general rules apply to all casino and slot play:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology or by live dealer procedures as applicable. Results are final once the game round is complete.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will either complete automatically or be voided depending on the game type. Your PKR balance will be adjusted accordingly.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed within each game. These limits may be different to your account's general deposit limits.
• 288gam does not guarantee the availability of any specific game at all times. Games may be temporarily removed for maintenance, updates or due to provider requirements.
• Fish games follow their own in-game mechanics as specified within each title. Winnings from fish games are credited to your PKR balance in real time.

Free play or demo modes may be available for some slot titles. Any winnings from free play mode cannot be withdrawn — they are for practice purposes only. Real money play requires a funded PKR account balance.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

288gam offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer as well as the following general bonus conditions:

• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be bet through within a qualifying time period. The wagering requirement and eligible games for each bonus are detailed in the offer terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Bonuses are awarded to accounts based on the specific eligibility criteria of each promotion. 288gam reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion.
• If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active, the bonus balance and any associated winnings derived from it may be forfeited before the withdrawal is processed.

288gam reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotions are not guaranteed and are offered at 288gam's discretion based on platform activity and your account history.

8 VIP Programme

The 288gam VIP programme rewards consistent members with tier-based benefits including PKR cashback, priority withdrawal processing, higher deposit and withdrawal limits and access to member-exclusive promotions. The following conditions apply to the VIP programme:

• VIP points are earned through real-money wagering activity across all 288gam sections — sports betting, casino, slots and fish games all contribute to the same VIP points balance.
• Tier upgrades occur when you reach the points threshold for the next tier within the qualifying period. Tier thresholds and associated benefits are published in the VIP section of the platform.
• VIP tier status may be reviewed periodically. Insufficient activity during a review period may result in a tier downgrade. 288gam will communicate tier reviews to affected members.
• VIP cashback is calculated on net losses during the qualifying period and credited to your PKR balance as per the cashback schedule for your current tier.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another account.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 288gam platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors for financial gain
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly poker or live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing or any other form of corrupt activity in connection with sports events available on the 288gam sportsbook
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds from illegal sources
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure
• Abusing or harassing 288gam customer support staff

10 Privacy & Data
